General Coordinator for Citizen Participation at Participación Ciudadana (Transparency International chapter in the Dominican Republic). He has served on the boards of directors of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE) and the Dominican Association of Business Lawyers (ADAE). He was coordinator of the judicial reform commissions of both ANJE and ADAE, and spokesperson for the Coalition for the Independence of the Judiciary.

He is a member of the Santo Domingo Stock Exchange and the Dominican Intellectual Property Association, and a collaborator of the Institutionalism and Justice Foundation (FINJUS). He worked as an associate attorney with the international law firm Russin, Vecchi & Heredia Bonetti and later became a partner at Headrick Rizik Álvarez & Fernández. He is also a university professor.

He has published works on topics including joint ventures, judicial surety bonds, alternative dispute resolution methods, electoral disputes, and the Chamber of Accounts, and has participated as a speaker at numerous national and international seminars. He has also been a columnist for El Caribe, Clave Digital, and Acento.
