Beyond her anti-corruption work, Serena is a management consultant and strategic advisor to public sector entities across the GCC region, with expertise in sustainability, smart cities, digital economy, and public sector transformation. She has led and supported large-scale national initiatives, advising governments on institutional transformation, economic competitiveness, and future-ready strategies that drive sustainable and inclusive growth.

At the heart of Serena’s work is the belief that no young person should lose faith in humanity because of corruption, injustice, or failed institutions. She is committed to building a future where integrity, justice, and accountability are the norm, and where young people are empowered to lead positive change in their communities and beyond.
