Every year more than $3 trillion US dollars of illicit financial flows move through financial institutions around the globe. With all of our combined efforts, we only seize less than 1%. We will address some of the factors that inhibit these investigations and seizures, while providing a menu of right-sized approaches – including some of the newest ones.
